✨De-escalating and keeping a safe distance is priority
✨Self-defense is rooted in self-love and self-worth. You are worth defending and it's OK to tell people your boundaries
✨Assess situations by using your intuition and voice
✨Create strong boundaries by telling the potential harm doer to stay away and to stop
✨Move with awareness, mindfulness and a strong posture
✨Dont turn your back
Through our #SolidarityInAction series, both virtual and in person, we have provided trainings on safety, upstander intervention and situational awareness to over 1,000 people!
