It's been non-stop at AAPI Women Lead. During these last few weeks, we've launched our Youth-Led Mutual Aid Projects Grant and MASCOakland and we are preparing for our Power Building Event/Fundraiser on May 30th. As proud and grateful as we to serve and be in community with everyone, we've been reminded by our folks that it's OK to take a break. It's OK to rest. 

You are invited to take a break with us. We invite you to use this 10-minute  3-step guided meditation & grounding exercise gifted by Adelina Tancioco, founder of Surrendered Healing. This guided meditation is designed to support women of color during this stressful time. We hope you find it as helpful as we do.
