About Leonora Lewis--

Leonora, a former academic, is a native born Samoan from American Samoa who believes Yoga is a disciplined practice that can be used to help uncover the intricacies of the self while also providing much healing to the practitioner. Leonora has been teaching Yoga since 2010 when she graduated from Barefoot Movement’s Flow Yoga Teacher Training program under the instruction of Leah Gillman, founder of Barefoot Movement.
