Join our Team

AAPI Women Lead is a community-based intergenerational organization

that strengthens the progressive social  and political power of

Asian and Pacific Islander communities in the United States through the  leadership of

AAPI women, girls, and gender-expansive communities. Our goal is to end racial and gender violence against communities. We  do this work in solidarity with other communities of color.

Through community-driven research, education, and advocacy; movement-building workshops; healing justice and collective care work; and our conferences, we provide platforms for Asian and Pacific Islander women, girls, and our gender-expansive communities to build upon histories of resistance and to further mobilize towards progressive social change. Our work encourages our communities to tell  their stories, to heal, and to organize for the end of violence against and within our communities.
